Helsinki airport will be open this afternoon for a short period.

Air Finland is aiming to fly all the flights with new schedules as soon as the air traffic is possible.

Air Finland flights are operated as following (please notice that information below is only preliminary, not confirmed information):

Flight OF454 Alicante-Helsinki 16.4.2010

Air Finlandï¿½s Friday flight OF454 Alicante-Helsinki 16.4.2010 will be operated on Wednesday 21st of April. Departure today at 12:00 from Alicante.

Flight OF475/476 Helsinki ï¿½ Malaga ï¿½ Helsinki 17.4.2010

Air Finlandï¿½s Saturday flight to Malaga will be operated on Wednesday 21st of April. New estimated time of departure wil be given as soon as information about airports opening is confirmed. Flight from Malaga to Helsinki is also operated on Wednesday. Please do not arrive to the airport before the new estimated time of departure is given.

Flight OF475/476 Helsinki ï¿½ Malaga ï¿½ Helsinki 18.4.2010

Air Finlandï¿½s Sunday flight to Malaga will be operated on Wednesday 21st of April. Also the flight from Malaga to Helsinki is operated on Wednesday. Please do not arrive to the airport before the new estimated time of departure is given.

Flight OF453/454 Helsinki ï¿½ Alicante ï¿½ Helsinki 19.4.2010

Air Finlandï¿½s Monday flight Helsinki ï¿½ Alicante - Helsinki will be operated on Thursday 22nd of April. New information will be given as soon as possible.

Self-Service check-in kiosks available for Air Finland flights at Helsinki airport

From 2 October 2008it is possible to check-in for Air Finlandï¿½s scheduled flights to Malaga and Alicante also at the Self-Service kiosks at Helsinki airport. Avoid waiting in line and check in at the Self-Service kiosk quickly and easily.

You can retrieve your booking at the Self-Service kiosk with your passport. If you have scandinavian letters in your name, the automat does not recognize your name. As it is not possible to retrieve bookings with e-ticket number, please use the regular check-in.

You will receive your boarding card from the Self-Service kiosk.

If you are traveling with hand luggage only you can proceed directly to the security check and gate.

If you have baggage that you need to check-in, please proceed to the Air Finland Baggage Drop desk. The baggage Drop desk is at the same desk as the Premium check-in and is marked with: Premium & Baggage Drop. You will receive your baggage tags from the Baggage Drop desk.

Passengers traveling in Premium class will receive their voucher for the lounge at the Premium & Baggage Drop desk. If you are traveling in Premium class and you are carrying hand luggage only, please pick up your lounge voucher at the Premium & Baggage Drop desk.

New Premium class

Now you can travel even more comfortable by booking your flight in Premium class. Premium class is available on all Malagaand Alicantescheduled flights from 3rd of April 2008. Booking your seat in premium class is easy. After you have chosen your travel dates, you can in the next step choose the flight class; Classic or Premium. In this step you also see both classes prices.

Included in Premium class ticket:
- Priority check-in at airport.
- Lounge access at the airport before departure.
- Seats on front rows onboard.
- Complementary newspapers
- Complementary drinks onboard
- Premium class meal onboard
- Free baggage allowance is 30 Kg.
- Tickets are fully refundable if cancellation is made up to 72 hours prior to departure. Reservations may be changed without extra fee up to 72 hours before departure. Name change is allowed up to 72 hours prior to outbound flight
